Our garlic keeper is functional to be sure. The most common question aside from “are they oven microwave and dishwasher safe?” Is "what is this??” I tell them "It’s a garlic keeper". It keeps your garlic from sprouting by keeping it in the dark. The holes allow fresh air in so it doesn’t become stale or wet. This clay jar can be used as bakeware to cook a whole clove of garlic to compliment your bread and cheese. If you have not tried the following bakeware delicacy you really should!
