We call it the nacho plate with handle. Totally cool pulled stoneware handle on a small serving platter or dinner plate that makes an excellent serving piece when used alone or is perfect in multiples for a kitchenware set! This kitchenware or dinner plate is perfect to use in the microwave because the handle stays cooler than the rest of the plate. On the East Coast it would be called a cheese plate but in the Southwest we cook with Southwest nacho flare! Can you imagine? Baked brie en croute with phyllo dough in minutes!
